In the Ivy League, Harvard squeaked out an 88-86 win over Yale on Saturday that pulled the Crimson to within a game of the Bulldogs in the standings. Harvard (14-9; 7-3 in the conference; No. 130 in Dunkel’s power rankings) is home tonight against the Penn Quakers (16-10; 4-6; No. 120). The NHL features a battle between the top two teams in the Central Division, but neither is playing particularly well right now. The Winnipeg Jets (37-22-4; No. 5 in Dunkel’s power rankings) have dropped two straight and are just 1-4-1 in their last 6 games. They’ll host Nashville tonight with the Predators (37-24-5; No. 6) having dropped two of their last three. The road team is 5-1 in the last six games in the series.
