Home court dominated early in both the Eastern and Western Conference Finals as the Milwaukee Bucks and Golden State Warriors used the advantage to go up 2-0 in their respective series. Now it’s Portland and Toronto’s turns to see if they can reciprocate starting tonight with the Trail Blazers hosting the Warriors in Game 3 at the Moda Center. The road hasn’t been too daunting for the Houston Astros (30-15), who have won the first four games of their current road trip and nine straight overall. Last night’s 3-1 win over the Boston Red Sox (23-21) at Fenway was especially rewarding given the Bosox eliminated Houston from last year’s ALCS. Both those teams will be back on the field tonight with Houston sending rookie right-hander Corbin Martin (1-0, 3.38) to the mound against Boston’s Hector Velazquez (1-2, 3.95).
