A big opportunity this weekend for the Milwaukee Brewers turned into a dud as they were swept by the Chicago Cubs in three straight. Losers of six of their last seven, the Brewers (57-56) are in desperate need of some wins as they’ve fallen four games behind the Cubs in the NL Central standings. The good news for Milwaukee could come tonight in the form of the Pittsburgh Pirates (48-63). The Pirates were able to pick up a win against the Mets on Friday night, but there haven’t been many of them lately as the Bucs have now dropped 18 of their last 22. Ironically, a couple of those losses came with Jordan Lyles (6-7, 5.15) on the mound. He’ll be on the other side tonight as he makes his second start since being acquired by Milwaukee. The Pirates will counter with rookie right-hander Dario Agrazal (2-2, 3.65). To get Dunkel’s pick for this game and the full MLB schedule, click HERE.

One team not having trouble picking up wins right now is the Cleveland Indians. Winners of eight of their past 11, the Indians jumped up to No. 6 in this week’s Dunkel MLB rankings and narrowly missed moving past Atlanta into the Top 5. The rest of the Top 5 remained the same with the only change coming with Houston moving back past the NY Yankees into the No. 2 spot behind the Dodgers. To get the latest MLB rankings, click HERE.
