Week 1: Lakers Off To Fast Start

Looking to rebound after coming up just short in last year's NBA finals, the Lakers are off to a 3-0 start thanks to the leadership of Kobe Bryant and the return of Andrew Bynum from injury.  LA had little resistance in beating Portland and the Clippers, and finished the week with a come-from-behind win at Denver.  The start has the Lakers ranked No. 1 in this week's Index.  Here are the complete Dunkel NBA ratings* for the week.
