Despite dropping their last 4 regular season games while resting LeBron James, the Cleveland Cavaliers enter the postseason as the No. 1 rated team in the Index.  Orlando made a strong run at the end, winning 15 of its final 16, to finish within a fraction of a point behind the Cavs.  Here are the complete rankings for the 2009-2010 regular season.

Week 24: Fool's Gold?

The Nuggets have been beset by injuries (Kenyon Martin) and illness (coach George Karl), which could be taking its toll on the team.  Denver is just 10-7 under interim coach Adrian Dantley and suffered a 104-85 loss to San Antonio on Saturday in which Carmelo Anthony was ejected from the game while Chauncey Billups and J.R.
