Evgeni Malkin will miss his sixth straight game with a lower-body injury, while Patric Honqvist will miss his fifth straight with an undisclosed injury. With 91 points, the Penguins trail the Islanders by 2 points in the Metropolitan Division in a race for home-ice advantage in the postseason.
